Brutal Companion explores longing, loss, and human connection. I welcome you into the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful aspects of life, from personal moments of self-discovery to surreal cultural critiques. This collection confronts discomfort as much as it seeks truth.
I created Brutal Companion to give voice to experiences that are often overlooked or hidden. Whether addressing cultural identity or exploring the impact of grief, my goal has always been to draft poems that resonate emotionally, embracing vulnerability.
